Football Field Construction

Football fields are rectangular, shaped areas covered with artificial or natural grass where football matches are held and played. Professional astroturf pitches are manufactured in various sizes and technical specifications, according to standard dimensions. Mini sports pitches can also be manufactured for individual recreational purposes. The question of how many square meters a football pitch is is a frequently asked question. The dimensions required for field construction are determined by standards for professional fields.
There are multiple size options for fields where professional football games will be held and played. We will examine the most commonly preferred astroturf pitches in the following section, under the dimensions section. Football fields are designed as rectangular fields, with the two long lines along the sides of the field called touchlines, and the lines along the short sides called goal lines.

Poles for football field construction are installed at the desired height, 3 meters apart, with varying technical details and a custom design, and with a diameter and thickness tailored to the customer. These are either welded to pre-installed anchors or anchored beneath the posts and installed in the concrete base using steel dowels. In addition, they can be installed by digging holes in the soil, securing the posts, and pouring concrete. Three horizontal stanchions are installed on vertical pipes, one at the top, one in the middle, and one at the bottom, for a diameter and thickness of 400 cm, each with varying technical details and tailored to the customer. A doorway is provided to the required area of the field. Profiles are installed at the upper corner connections of the field frame. Two ladder-type stanchion posts will be installed on each of the long sides of the field and one on each of the short sides, ensuring the field's static stability. Installation is completed by stretching two rows of steel cables along the bottom center of the frame and one row of guy wire across the top center.
