CONCRETE POLE-WIRE MESH
Holes with a diameter of 50x50 cm and a depth of 40 cm are dug in the existing ground to be enclosed, 3 meters apart.
The desired prefabricated concrete poles are buried 40 cm into these holes, filled with 200-dose concrete, and allowed to harden.
Double supports are installed every 15 poles (45 meters apart).
After the poles are erected, three rows of guy wire are laid.
A spiral mesh is laid over this prepared framework. The guy wires are tensioned with a Trifo and tied to each pole with a knot using 2 mm tie wire.
The process is completed by laying two or three rows of barbed wire on the curved sections.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Reinforced concrete poles are cast using a vibration system, compacted in oiled steel gates, and manufactured using 400-dose concrete.
It is steam-cured (kiln-dried) for longevity. For durability, it is filled with four rebars, with stirrups placed every 25 cm.
Uses
Used for application on wire mesh, barbed wire, or razor wire.
